On Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 24, the varsity football team beat bitter rival Newton North 32-19. Sophomore and starting quarterback Nick Scott had four rushing touchdowns on the day. Seniors Stephen O’Neal and co-captain Aidan Fouhy both played well. O’Neal had a 63-yard touchdown run late in the second quarter, and Aidan Fouhy played both offense and defense throughout the game. According to head coach Kevin Mahoney this is the best record for BHS football since 2003.
