Student-run BLACC committee holds an all day teach-in

Student members of the group BLACC, a student-run committee that works in support of Black Lives Matter, held a teach-in Thursday, Nov. 17 in the atrium. High school staff and students attended the presentations throughout the day that covered topics such as environmental racism, the school-to-prison pipeline, the opposition to the Black Lives Matter movement and other prevalent topics surrounding racism in our society.
