POTS: What teacher would you elect to be president?
Madison Sklaver, Staff Writer
Reece Carew-Lyons, junior
I think I would elect Mr. Cawthorne because he knows a lot. He’s funny but he also knows how to convey a point to a range of people.
Felicia Rosen, senior
I would elect Mr. Sedlak. I had him for English for two years and I feel like he’s really understanding and he knows what he’s talking about and he says really thoughtful things.
Clay Baker-Lerner, sophomore
I would elect the drama teacher Summer Williams. She’s both passionate and understanding but also knows what she wants and is really to the point and gets stuff done.
Connor Eyges, senior
Mark Veader- he’s a math teacher. He’s really nice, and he’s very good at being a people person. He’s very intuitive while teaching and with students in general. He’s always sitting down and explaining stuff to you, and if stuff needs to get done, he’s willing to compromise.
Zaynah Vaidya Shaikh, sophomore
I would elect Ms. Leslie, the history teacher. I think she would be a good president because she believes in equality for everyone, especially the LGBTQ community, which currently isn’t getting as much support as I believe it should, and she would really help bring equality to them.
