“My favorite class at the high school that I’ve ever taken has to be SWS Current Events. I’m in the class right now and it’s just really cool to check out whatever subject we feel like. We’re getting really into depth about it, and it’s an SWS class so there’s a lot of people that are dedicated to the work and it’s very discussion based. We actually just covered the Israel-Palestine conflict so it’s really neat trying to find a better way to approach any particular issue from either side, especially when it’s controversial.”
