What did you think of Day of Change?
I don’t like the idea of packing it into a day. I feel like if you really want people to learn, we have to put it into the curriculum, like in history, we learn about this type of stuff. So instead of it just being one day with five presentations and no one learns anything, I feel like if it’s more in the curriculum people will be more interested in learning. Because lots of people skipped classes that included the presentations, so it showed low interest, and I feel like that would be a lot higher if it was just incorporated into the classes. When you make it all one day, sitting in a classroom and watching a video feels boring, and it’s hard to keep focused.
