Junior Makyle Hayes jumps above Newton Souths defense to secure a 2-point bakset for the Warriors. The boys and girls basketball teams both played in the first round of the state tournament on Friday Mar. 4. Each came came out victorious, allowing them to advance to the second round which will be played on played on Mar. 8.
