Renata Shen, News Managing Editor
Renata Shen is a Senior at Brookline High School and has been on the Sagamore’s staff since 2017. Outside of journalism, Renata studies theatre arts and debate. Since freshman year, she has participated in 7 theatre productions, including two State Festival Pieces, a role as Dr. Faustus in Christopher Marlowe’s Dr. Fasutus, Mariana in Shakespeare’s Measure for Measure, a stint as Mariah in Twelfth Night, and a gender-swapped Laertes in Hamlet. She is also part of the high school’s improv comedy group, Needs Improvment. Next year, Renata will also assume the position of Secretary-General in the high school’s Model United Nations Club and is currently organizing a Club team trip to Mexico City.
