“Right now is a really big transition point in my life. This is my first year full time at the main campus [after moving] from Winthrop House. It’s been a really difficult transition and a lot went wrong or didn’t go as planned and it really set me back. Also, my girlfriend is in transition [from male to female] too and that is huge. So, those are two major transitions going on in my life, and it’s really scary to balance all of that while having normal teenage stuff going on in my life. It makes me feel kind of out of place at the high school.”
