How to make a chocolate bundt cake

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup vegetable oil
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
10 ounces sour cream
1 box devil’s food cake mix
1 small box chocolate Jell-O pudding powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Powdered sugar

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 375º Fahrenheit
2. Combine water, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla and sour cream in large bowl
3. Whisk until combined
4. Add devil’s food cake mix and Jell-O powder
5. Mix until combined
6. Butter or grease bundt cake pan
7. Pour half of batter into pan
8. Add layer of chocolate chips
9. Add rest of batter and make sure it is spread evenly
10. Cook on middle rack for 45-50 minutes
11. Let cool
12. Carefully remove from pan by flipping upside down onto flat surface
13. Top with powdered sugar
14. Serve
