Staff costumes
This year, the math department paid homage to a viral video sensation, the social studies department took inspiration from SyFy’s Sharknado and the science department went to a 1980s prom. For the first time, the English department (not pictured) also decided on a theme: Scrabble pieces.

The haunted hallway
With permission from Associate Dean Lisa Redding, senior Max Sternlicht turned the senior hallway into a scene from a horror movie.
“I think [Halloween] goes sort of underappreciated at the school, so to build up school spirit I decided to decorate the hallway,” Sternlicht said. “Everyone always says that that hallway is creepy as it is, so I thought, ‘Why not?'”
